5th Grade Boys Basketball Sign Ups

Please complete this form if your child is interested in playing basketball this upcoming season. The team will be coached by Mr. Pancake. The season will begin on the weekend of November 5th & 6th and conclude on the weekend of December 17th & 18th. Practices will be held every Tuesday and Friday from 4:00pm-5:30pm beginning on Tuesday, September 27th. 

Games will be played at the Salem Community Center as well as surrounding school districts in the area. The cost for the team to enter is expected to be between $350-$450. This amount will then be split equally among the players.

Crestview High School Student Parking Permit Form

Crestview High School Student Drivers 2022-2023:  Parking spots will be numbered in the student parking lot this year. You are required to have a parking permit and park in an assigned spot as part the safety plan for the school district.  Permits are $20. You will need a copy of your driver's license and insurance card for your vehicle(s).

Crestview awarded state funding for new school building

NEW WATERFORD — Crestview Local has been awarded state funding for its new school building. The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) Thursday announced the approval of $55,643,416 for the district’s projected pre-K through 12 building. The total cost of the project is estimated at $63.23 million, with a local share of $7,587,738. The project had been in the planning phases prior to COVID-19. At that point, the state put the funding for such projects on hold. Crestview voters passed the 2.84 mill levy for the new construction in May of 2019, which was to cover $5.2 million of the $43 million project. The Ohio Schools Facility Construction Commission was to cover 88 percent of the project. As the pandemic began, Crestview continued to work with architects from Holabird and Root and BSHM to design the project. A new waterline to the school was built and now brings the school water from New Waterford. Funds are starting to come into the building fund this year. “Crestview is in need of this new facility and its impact will be deeply felt throughout the community. This investment will ensure that students have a state of the art, safe, and flexible learning environment that will bring about academic excellence for generations to come,” said state Rep. Tim Ginter in a written statement...
