Good news for parents and families who pick their child up from school! Beginning Monday, December 9 parents will now stay in their car when picking their child up from school.

Here’s how things will work:

  • Parents can begin entering the single file pick-up line at 2:45 each day. We ask that no cars come earlier than 2:45.

  • Parents will be given a transportation card with your child’s name to display in the front window passenger’s side of your car. If you need a duplicate card and have not received one, you can stop in the school office to get one.

  • We will begin loading students into cars at 3:10.

  • Staff members will see your car approaching and your child will be called outside to get into your car.

  • Parents are asked to stay in the single file line until they pick up their child.

  • If you need to buckle your child into a car seat, you can utilize the available parking spaces at the lower end of the lot.

  • We want to keep the line moving as quickly as possible, but we must keep all students safe too!

  • Do not cut in front of other cars, or pull ahead or around others.

  • Please be patient during this new pick-up process. As always, we want drivers to use caution in the parking lot at all times
