  • The 2018 Yearbook is here! Extras are on sale now for $65.00 in the high school office.

  • The 2018 Powder Puff Football Game will be played on Sunday, November 4th.

  • Attention all music students that are planning to participate in the November 2019 Music Department Walt Disney World trip:  There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, November 7 at 7:00pm in the band room. All students and parents should plan to attend. All students who plan to be in band or choir in the 2019-2020 school year will be eligible to participate in this trip.

  • Any Sophomore who wants to be a part of stage crew for One Acts will need to attend rehearsal on Monday, October 29th in room 219.

  • Student Council Members - the Craft Show is November 3rd. Please turn your items in for your raffle tickets by Wednesday, October 31st.

  • Any high school student interesting in helping to tutor for middle school Homework Club on Tuesdays after school 2:30-3:30. Please sign up in the HS office.  You will earn community service hours.

  • There will be a sign up sheet outside the cafeteria for anyone interested in joining Chess Club. We will meet in Mr. Long’s class on the 4th Wednesday of the month starting in November.

  • The Jostens Representative will be here to take your Graduation Cap and Gown Announcement orders on Wednesday, October 31st during lunches in the cafeteria. Please bring your order form and payment to school on this day. Additional information is available at

  • English Festival participants please see Mrs. Valingo or Mr. Blatch to pay your $8 fee no later than November 9th. 10th - 12th graders see Mr. Blatch. 9th grade see Mrs. Valingo.

  • Looking for Community Service hours? Lamppost Farms is hosting a fundraiser and they need help setting up, serving a banquet and tearing down on Sunday, November 11th. Please see Mrs. Valingo

  • Anyone interested in playing baseball. There will be a meeting in the weight room on Wednesday, Oct 31st,  during activity period with Coach Whitacre.

  • Congratulations to the boys soccer team as they wrapped up a stellar season Saturday evening as District Runners Up. They played a tremendous game against Campbell, who they shared the AAC League title with, and Campbell won 2-1. It was a true team effort the entire game, with Colton Novak securing the final goal of the season. Congratulations guys!

  • Congratulations to the football team and coaches for their win over Linsly Friday night, and for allowing your fans to continue to watch this exciting season!! Post season play will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, November 3rd at Gilmour Academy near Cleveland. More information and pre sale tickets will be available later on this week.

  • The St. Elizabeth Hospital Smile Station will be here on Thursday, November 15th, to provide dental services to our students. If you would like to see the dentist and hygienist for dental care, please stop in the high school office and pick up a consent form. If you have any questions, please see our school nurse, Janet Leipheimer.

  • There will be a Spanish Club meeting after school on Wednesday, October 31st, in Mrs. Hall’s room in Room 210.
