Anti-Harassment and Bullying Policy

Welcome to Crestview Locals Anti-Harassment and Bullying Policy Page

School Climate Mission
We are committed at Crestview to create a bully free environment.  RESPECT for others plays a critical role in the development of REBELPRIDE with every student who attends CRESTVIEW.

If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to call, email, or set an appointment to meet with any of our teachers, principals, and counselors. The first step is an informal report with direct dialogue. If the problem persists, you may wish to file a more formal report.

Together we can provide a safe environment for our students to learn.

Filing a Report for Bullying/Harassment/Intimidation
Bullying, harassment and intimidation is defined by the Ohio Revised Code as an “intentional written, verbal, electronic, or physical act that a student has exhibited toward another particular student more than once and the behavior causes mental or physical harm to the other student, and is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that it creates an intimidating, threatening, or abusive educational environment for the other student.”  (ORC3313.666)

If you have been the victim, or know of a victim, who is suffering bullying, harassment or intimidation as defined above, please use the form below to submit a report.  Reports should be turned in to the building principal of the victim.  If you wish to report anonymously, please mail the completed form to the appropriate principal.
