Crestview Return to School Survey

Dear Rebel Nation:

Yesterday, June 2, 2020, Governor DeWine announced that schools will be open in the fall. Currently, our staff, administration, and school board are busy planning for next year. We hope that our plan will be having all students daily; however, only time will tell if this is totally possible. We miss our students! However, we have to plan multiple scenarios. We need your input as we begin to plan for fall.

We thank you in advance for taking time to help us with this survey. So get  a cool glass of lemonade and take a few minutes to help us help your child! The survey will close at 3:00 PM on June 9, 2020.

Go Rebels!
